A problem that begs to be solved the right way
In 2017, a lucky encounter with an HR professional in London gave us the chance to build custom software for a large company. While researching the project, we noticed that many large organisations around the world were struggling to find a way to manage their early careers intakes effectively. Spreadsheets and emails and project plans were the norm — in many businesses they still are! And so, Conveya was born (then as Scopesuite).
Working with the inspiring teams at places like Amazon, KONE and the Royal Mail gave us the opportunity to see the problem at scale and deliver solutions that addressed the real issue: organised chaos.
