Because learning is how people grow, stay motivated, and build skills that matter.
Why We’ve Joined the ‘Get the Nation Learning’ Campaign
We believe learning should be part of everyday working life, not something saved for inductions or tick-box training. Learning is how people grow, stay motivated, and build skills that matter.
That’s why we’ve signed the Learning and Work Institute’s ‘Get the Nation Learning’ charter. It’s a simple but powerful commitment to put learning at the heart of how we work, and we’re encouraging others to do the same.
Why it matters now
For many organisations, the pressure is real: rising expectations, tighter budgets, and a workforce that needs to adapt fast. But without clear, visible development opportunities, talent gets stuck. People leave. Skills gaps grow.
We see it every day in our conversations with people leads, L&D teams, and heads of talent. The intent is there, but systems are often fragmented, data is patchy, and proving impact can be tough.
This campaign is a chance to say: we care about learning. We’re backing it. And we’re working with others to make it easier, more consistent, and more valuable.
What the charter stands for
The ‘Get the Nation Learning’ charter asks organisations to commit to four principles:
It’s not a heavy lift. But it is a visible step, one that shows your organisation is serious about growth, not just performance.
Why we joined
Conveya helps organisations plan, develop, and mobilise their workforce. That means building tools that make learning easier to track, more tailored, and more impactful. From apprentices to mid-career movers, we make sure development doesn’t fall through the cracks.
We joined the charter because it aligns with everything we’re working towards:
Why you should consider it too
Whether you’re in HR, talent, or organisational development, this campaign gives you a way to lead from the front.
And with challenges like retention, capability building, and digital transformation on the table, that kind of collective effort matters more than ever.
We’re proud to support the ‘Get the Nation Learning’ campaign and we’d love to see more organisations get behind it too.
