The Challenge

Co-op invest in hiring and upskilling colleagues through a range of apprenticeship programmes.

Colleagues can earn while they learn, and new recruits are developing accredited skills from the start of their new roles.

It’s important for Co-op to maintain high retention rates and ensure that the colleagues  they bring into the business have a positive experience.

Co-op’s Apprenticeship Team was looking to find a way to reduce the time taken on administrative tasks so that more time could be spent actually supporting the apprentices.

Since 2020 Co-op have invested in our innovative apprenticeship reporting platform – Conveya Report.

 

Report allows the 25+ external training providers that Co-op partner with to report data directly into centralised, tailored dashboards.
