The name of your logbook will show up here. If you want to change the name, description or link, then can be done inside the editor.
Setting up your categories is the first step you take when building out the content of your logbook.
➡ Categories are the main module(s) laid out in a learning plan.
➡ Sub Categories are optional and should only be used if the learning plan has layers of content that can be divided into subcategories.
➡ Tasks- are the competencies or day to day activities that the learner has to complete.
You can add a task in any category or subcategory. A task is the day to day activity that you want the learner to complete and add evidence against.
Naming your task informs the learner what has to be completed.
Providing instructions is optional, however, it the learner more guidance on what is required for the task to be completed.
By checking this box you are requesting learners submit their location. If this box is checked then they it will be mandatory for the learner to specific what location they carried out this task.
You may require your learners to track the number of times a task is completed. This is great for tracking tasks in a checklist format.
Using the up & down arrow toggles, you can choose the number of times a task has to be completed.
By selecting hours, allows your learner to submit hours and minutes against the task. This is commonly used in an apprenticeship to build up hours of experience on particular tasks.
You can change the 'hours' and 'minutes' which have to be completed against this task.
Once you have finished building out your logbook you can save it before moving on to the next step!
